This idea stresses the naivety of people and questions the safety of everyday life by showing the power of weather and its influence on situations and people. People live in the world saturated with images and this saturation pushes aside the thoughts about possible everyday danger.

A piece about Czernobyl. Ludmilla made a soundpiece that has the weather reports from this day from several countries - they are played in a 24 hour file, always at the time, when the weather report was originally sent (from six in the morning till six in the evening). We are still discussing this piece and will make some changes to it.
The speakers should ideally be somewhere outside on the streets, but i know this is rather unrealistc in okno (can be at the marketplace).

Another thing is that ludmilla is planning to have her piece floating on a weather balloon on the terace - i am waiting for a skizze of her installation, so i can show you what she plans or whether we have to find another place for her installation than the terrace and where we can put it in case it rains - if the rooms and spaces of the exhibition may be high enough to allow the balloon there.
